We've loved putting together our guest list and have thought carefully about each and every person we've invited. Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on your invitation.

We'll be welcoming you with a drinks reception and will have drinks flowing throughout the meal; so you'll be well looked after for the earlier part of the evening! Later in the reception, there will be a fully stocked bar available to purchase from, with something for everyone. The bar accepts card, so no need to worry about bringing cash. We have done our best to choose a provider that we think has reasonable prices so our day doesn't break the bank!

There will be more information on RSVP included in the physical invite you will receive in a few months time.

We've made the decision to keep our wedding day adult-only, with the exception of our nieces and nephews. We hope you'll take this as a rare chance to enjoy a child-free day out! As with our plus one policy, your invitation will make clear who is included, so please do use that as your guide. We completely understand this may require some organising on your end and we truly appreciate your understanding.

We will be arranging a bus service from York to the church, the church to the reception venue, and at the end of the night back into York. We will share more on timings and pick-up/drop-off locations at a later date. Please note if you wanted to travel outside of the arranged bus times and locations, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Yes, we will do our best to cater to all dietary restrictions. Our selected caterer specializes in family style meals, but they have tons of available options for swaps and is able to provide separate plates for those concerned about contact with allergens. There will be opportunity to provide any dietary restrictions at a later date.
